How credits work
What is a credit?
One credit saves and exports one full styling plan — its readiness score, gap checklist and accessory list. Live scoring on screen never uses a credit.
Do credits expire?
No. Credit bundles do not expire. The Studio Pass renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account.
When can I pay?
Once our payment provider is connected. Until then everything here is free to use and nothing is charged. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is homeware separate?
Yes. Homeware accessories are sold as ordinary goods with their own standard shipping and returns, separate from studio credits.
